The Microcall solution has interfaced with the Avaya phone systems for over 30 years, dating back to the early 1980’s when it was labeled AT&T. There are tens of thousands of Avaya customers utilizing Microcall with the latest Avaya phone systems (all versions) as well as the older traditional Avaya systems. We also have strong, long-standing relationships with many Avaya platinum dealers and our Microcall solution is available through many of these resellers.

For simplified administration, Microcall includes the following capabilities and Avaya-specific features:

Microcall's Avaya ASA (Avaya Site Administrator) Interface
Microcall works in conjunction with ASA so that adds, moves, and changes made within ASA are automatically reflected in your Microcall database, eliminating repetitive data entry.

Microcall’s ASA (Avaya Site Administrator) Conversion Program
This program converts abbreviated names received from ASA into their full form. Therefore, if ASA sends an abbreviated ‘IT’ for ‘Information Technology,’ the Microcall Conversion program sees ‘IT’ and converts it to its full form - Information Technology - so Microcall reports display the full department/division names.

Microcall’s Active Directory Interface
Microcall is automatically populated and updated by retrieving employee data from your Active Directory database. Simply map the fields from Active Directory to the Microcall Company Directory Database and your Microcall database is always up-to-date. This eliminates the duplication of data entry, saves time and provides for a much more accurate database.
