Simply clicking on one department brings up the call activity for the specific employees within that department. Specific inbound/outbound calls for each of those employees can be easily obtained by clicking the mouse. Employees only need a Web Browser to perform searches on the call data, create ad hoc reports, and drilldown from employee summary to detailed information.
