Browser Reports

With Microcall's Browser Reports, managers access Microcall reports through their browser (using a Login ID & Password) and easily drill-down from summary information within the report to detailed information. For instance, through their browser, managers can obtain a Microcall report listing all departments with the 'Most Expensive Calls'. Simply clicking on one department brings up the call activity for the specific employees within that department. Specific inbound/outbound calls for each of those employees can be easily obtained by clicking the mouse. Employees only need a Web Browser to perform searches on the call data, create ad hoc reports, and drilldown from employee summary to detailed information.
