SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ANALYST – ENTRY LEVEL – TIER 3
Micro-Tel has an immediate need for computer savvy candidates with knowledge of Windows OS’s. Being a “computer geek” is a plus along with basic networking knowledge. Responsibilities include end-user phone support for proprietary software, testing/debugging software, software trouble-shooting and, account management. Excellent communication skills are a must. This full-time position is a great opportunity to work in a learning ‘team-oriented’ environment with other technical-minded professionals. Good Pay / Benefits / Medical / Dental.
