AUTOMATIC DISTRIBUTION OF REPORTS

Any Microcall report can be obtained manually but why not automate the entire process? On a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis, Microcall automatically distributes reports to email recipients, various network printers, posts to your Web Server in HTML and to the computer screen.

For ease-of-use, Microcall provides a list of all standard reports as well as custom reports. Select the report you want and specify a date / frequency / method(s) of distribution. From there, Microcall automatically handles the distribution of reports using the parameters you specified.
