IMPORT / EXPORT CAPABILITIES
Microcall Automated Imports
Microcall allows you to easily import Roster information,
Rates, Account Codes, Calling Cards, Cellular Phones, Call
Records, Equipment and more, eliminating the need for manual
data entry. Microcall also accepts automatic imports from
products such as Phone System Administration systems like
Avaya Site Admin (ASA) as well as Excel, Access, Dbase, TXT,
SQL, CSV, etc.
Microcall Automated Exports
Microcall exports call data in a variety of file formats including
ASCii, Text, Delimited, HTML, and CSV. These exports can take
place automatically on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Phone System Roster Imports
Microcall will automatically import adds/moves/changes made
from supported phone system administration packages like Avaya
Site Administration (ASA), Cisco Call Manager as well as any
other phone system that outputs your roster changes to a file.
This single-point entry eliminates the need to maintain separate
databases.
