Microcall Enterprise is a global
telemanagement solution that retrieves call data from
multiple phone systems and consolidates the data into one
database for global reporting.

call data from multiple remote phone systems via IP, remote

needed in a large corporate environment such as Call Accounting,
Cost Allocation, Instant Toll Fraud Notification, Online Employee
Directory, Report Generator (Unlimited Number of Reports),
Automatic Operation, Equipment Inventory as well as Browser-based
“drilldown” reports. Microcall Enterprise
interfaces with any phone system that outputs call data including
ones that output call data via IP (socket connection, file,
SQL database, etc.).
