Web-Based Telephone Directory

Microcall’s Web-based Telephone Directory allows everyone in your organization to use their browser to “look-up” employee information without installing client software. With ‘user-defined’ fields, any information associated with an employee can be viewed including; employee extension number, location, division, department, cost center#, department fax#, cellular#, email address, building, floor, cable, jack, closet, riser, mailing address, supervisor, supervisor contact info, emergency phone#, after hours phone#, etc. You can define which fields each user/group can view. For instance, the Telecom personnel might see the cable/pair, jack, closet, riser info, but the average employee would not see that specific information.
