With Micro-Tel's Outsourcing / Service Bureau option,
our professionals oversee the entire process of call data
management for you. Micro-Tel collects, processes, manages
and hosts your call data including, distribution of reports.
Your employees only need a Web Browser to access reports that
help to:
• Increase employee productivity
• Eliminate toll fraud
/ internal abuse
• Charge back to departments
for their long distance expense
• Monitor call routing
and trunk usage and more
Using Micro-Tel provided equipment; all of your call data
is collected and sent directly to Micro-Tel’s Data Center.
The call data is then processed and made available to your
employees over the Internet. With their Web Browser, employees’
can perform searches on the call data and view employee summary
and detailed reports. By using a Password and Login ID, you
can restrict access and/or allow Managers to view reports
for their department only.
From our Micro-Tel Data Center, your call data is safely stored
and maintained by our Micro-Tel professionals. Our advanced
data center utilizes the latest technologies (server clustering,
redundancy, off-site backup storage, and more) to ensure that
you always have access to your data.
