The Microcall solution has interfaced with the Siemens phone systems for the past 30 years and for the past 25 years, Microcall has been the standard call accounting solution used at the Siemens North America locations. Microcall interfaces with all versions of Siemens phone systems including the traditional cable connection and the newer Siemens systems that output call data via IP.
For simplified administration, Microcall includes an Active Directory Interface. Microcall is automatically populated and updated by retrieving employee data from your Active Directory database. Simply map the fields from Active Directory to the Microcall Company Directory Database and your Microcall database is always up-to-date. This eliminates the duplication of data entry, saves time and provides for a much more accurate database.
