REMOTE COLLECTION METHODS

Single Site Collection

Microcall interfaces with any phone system that outputs call data. Microcall can be connected to the phone system via a serial connection (RS232 cable) or via IP (socket connection, file, SQL database, etc.). Microcall can be located anywhere on your network when working with phone systems that output call data via IP or to a file.
