"Until this week we luckily have not had to call customer support for any issues. However, this week we did have to call for support to update an old machine and move it over to a new machine. When I called, the phone was quickly answered by a person, who simply asked for the ID number and company name. I was then swiftly transferred to a gentlemen and, I explained to him what we were trying to do. He was eager to help and walked me through some of the information he needed. He patiently helped me over the phone and, by the end of our conversation, he had help fix the issues and move everything to the new machine. "It’s been a while since we’ve talked but it’s always a comfort knowing you and your team of experts are still there! Especially in this economy.

Due to the economy, our organization eliminated over fifty (50) positions in my department (including the accounting & billing manager that worked with Microcall). Unfortunately for me, once this person was trained on the Microcall system, I moved on to other projects and never looked back.

I work in the IT Department at the County offices. We have the Micro-Tel Microcall Software on many of our systems. We recently had been tasked with replacing some of the computers housing this software. The technician that maintained this software for the county had recently retired and we faced this swap with some trepidation. We decided to contact your office for assistance and in each instance we were courteously and quickly routed to a technician who quickly determined how to properly replace our computers.
