Toll Fraud Notification
Microcall gives you the ability to configure an unlimited number of Toll Fraud Alarms, with instant notification. You decide what conditions you want to be notified of, and Microcall analyzes every call in real time to see if it matches any of the alarm conditions. Microcall alerts you in real time of any fraudulent activity via email, pager, printer or screen pop.
Sample alarms include:
• Did anyone call South America or outside of the United States?
• Were any tandem calls made to international or LD locations?
• Did we have inbound calls to modem lines?
• Has anyone from the XYZ department made calls outside of the state?
