All Microcall customers on active maintenance are eligible for FREE Microcall web-based training sessions. Installation:
Installation of Microcall is very simple, but we are here to walk you through all the steps and offer guidance with networking, connectivity and ensuring that your Microcall system is collecting and processing the data. Configuring Microcall’s ‘AutoPilot’ so the entire system runs itself is the key to Microcall’s effortless operation.
Database Conversion:
Whether you are extracting data/information from an existing call accounting system or from another source, we will provide you with the necessary information to properly import your organizational information into Microcall.
Custom Rate Table Configuration:
Microcall includes a list of published rates to choose from, allows you to make changes to any of these published rates as well as assists you with importing any custom rates.
Training:
The Micro-Tel Help Desk offers over the phone hand-holding to answer any Microcall questions or provide instructions. On-site Microcall training is also available for an additional fee.
On-going Maintenance:
With the annual Microcall maintenance renewal, we provide on-going Microcall telephone support to answer any questions, provide training, trouble-shooting, hand-holding, etc. You also receive the latest release of Microcall (new area codes, new long distance rates, new reports, new features, etc.) – free of charge.
Our experienced Microcall technicians can bring our exceptional training class directly to your office. Whether we train an individual or an entire team, our instructors will use your existing Microcall system to illustrate Microcall’s many uses, review features, help to create reports, and even configure Microcall to run automatically. These customer site training classes are structured to meet your organization’s specific needs and are available at a standard daily rate plus travel expenses.
