Microcall will automatically import and export rates, account codes, calling cards, cellular phones, call records, equipment, employee/department/location info and more. Data can be exported in a variety of formats including SQL, ASCii Text, Delimited, HTML, MHTML, CSV, and exports can be automated on a user defined schedule.
